Eligibility Criteria: Must have passed Class XII (or equivalent) examination with Physics, Mathematics, and other prerequisite subjects as per the established JEE Mains Criteria. Admission is based strictly on JEE Main merit/rank through CSAB / JoSAA allocation.

1.2 Information Technology (4 Years, B.Tech. in IT)

Eligibility Criteria: Must have passed Class XII (or equivalent) examination compliant with the official JEE Mains Criteria. Admission is based strictly on JEE Main merit/rank through CSAB / JoSAA allocation.

1.3 Information Technology-Business Informatics (4 Years, B.Tech. in IT-BIn)

Eligibility Criteria: Must have passed Class XII (or equivalent) examination conforming to the JEE Mains Criteria. Admission is based strictly on JEE Main merit/rank through CSAB / JoSAA allocation.

2.1 Dual Degree B. Tech. (ECE) - M. Tech (ECE) (5 Years)

Eligibility Criteria: Must have passed Class XII (or equivalent) examination as per the standard JEE Mains Criterion. Admission is governed by JEE Main merit through centralized allocation.

Note: Seats are carved out of the existing B.Tech. ECE program capacity.

2.2 Dual Degree B. Tech. (IT) - M. Tech (IT) (5 Years)

Eligibility Criteria: Must have passed Class XII (or equivalent) examination as per the standard JEE Mains Criterion. Admission is governed by JEE Main merit through centralized allocation.

2.3 Dual Degree B. Tech. (IT-Bin) - (MBA) (5 Years)

5.1 Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Eligibility Criteria: Must hold a B.Tech. degree or any 3-year Graduate Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (final-year students awaiting results are eligible). Candidates must hold a valid qualified score in one of the following national testing standards: CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, or MAT.

Note: Admission is initially given to a generic MBA, not assigned specialization-wise at entry.

Ph.D. in IT / ECE / Applied Science / Management Studies

Post-Graduate Entry Pathway: Candidates holding an M.Tech. / M.Pharm. / M.Sc. / MCA / MBA / M.Com. or equivalent degree must have secured at least 60% marks cumulatively (or 6.0 CGPI on a 10-point scale) at the time of application. Candidates with national exam qualifications (GATE, NET, JRF, CSIR, ICMR, or CAT) are exempted from Stage-I testing. Non-GATE/NET candidates must clear the IIITA-PET computer-based screening exam.

Direct Ph.D. Entry Pathway (After 4-Year Bachelor's): Direct admission after a 4-year undergraduate degree requires the candidate to have secured at least 70% marks cumulatively (or 7.0 CGPI on a 10-point scale) at the time of application submission.

Ph.D. in IT / ECE / Applied Science / Management Studies (WP Mode)

Eligibility Criteria: Open to professionals actively working across Industries, Corporate sectors, R&D Laboratories, Government/Private Institutions, NGOs, or Banks. Qualifying national exams like GATE, NET, or CAT is not mandatory. Candidates are completely exempted from the Stage-I written exam and evaluated solely on Stage-II Personal Interviews.

Academic & Experience Benchmarks:

• Must hold a B.Tech. / B.Pharm. / M.Tech. / M.Sc. / MCA / MBA / M.Com. or equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.0 CGPI.
• Must have at least 3 years of total professional work experience at the time of application (reduced to 2 years for graduates from Institutes of National Importance).
• Mandatory Documentation: Submission of an official No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer supporting research on a part-time/full-time basis, and an institutional Supervisor Acceptance Letter.
