The office of the Dean (Information Technology & Digital Infrastructure) oversees two distinct operational groups: 

• IT services (which includes our campus wide network operations and the provisioning of various services such as LDAP accounts, email and web access, intranet-services etc. along with the hardware maintenance of all the compute, peripheral, ancillary and network assets)
• Software Development: This group is primarily responsible for developing the various automation solutions for deployment across the Institute. 

This office also formulates and periodically updates various policies and advisories pertaining to the effective and rational network resource allocation and utilization and welcomes any suggestions for improving these services.
