Prof. Anurika Vaish has over 21 years of academic experience in teaching, curriculum development, academic leadership, and institutional administration in the fields of Management, Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management. As a faculty member at a premier technology-driven institution, she has consistently contributed to strengthening management education by integrating managerial perspectives with contemporary technological, economic, and societal developments. She has played a key role in the design, revision, and enrichment of curricula for both MBA and B.Tech programmes, particularly in the areas of entrepreneurship and finance, ensuring their relevance, flexibility, and alignment with evolving industry and academic requirements. Her pedagogical approach is grounded in outcome-based education, fostering critical thinking, analytical ability, problem-solving, and informed decision-making among students. She has also been actively engaged in mentoring students for their academic and professional growth, encouraging innovation, entrepreneurial thinking, and interdisciplinary learning. Through her sustained commitment to curriculum innovation, student-centric pedagogy, and the integration of Indian perspectives with real-world business contexts, she continues to contribute meaningfully to academic excellence and the development of future-ready management professionals.
Prof. Anurika Vaish's research spans the areas of digital finance, financial inclusion, entrepreneurship, behavioural finance, strategic management, and technology-enabled economic transformation. Her work examines the evolving interplay between emerging technologies, public policy, and business ecosystems, with a particular focus on digital payments, entrepreneurial development, Artificial Intelligence, and changing labour market dynamics. Adopting an interdisciplinary and policy-relevant perspective, she has contributed to the scholarly community through publications in reputed SSCI-, SCI/SCIE-, ESCI-, and ABDC-indexed journals, as well as through books, book chapters, and presentations at international conferences. Her commitment to innovation is reflected in her granted patents and copyright, which complement her academic contributions. In addition, she has been actively engaged in externally funded research projects, consultancy assignments, and doctoral supervision. Through her research and scholarly engagement, Prof. Vaish seeks to generate knowledge that informs policy, advances management practice, and contributes to sustainable and inclusive socio-economic development.
A strong advocate of entrepreneurship, innovation, and skill development, Prof. Vaish has organized and coordinated several Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Programmes (ESDPs), Awareness Programmes, and Capacity Building, Design and Entrepreneurship (CBDE) initiatives under the Ministry of MSME, Government of India. These programmes have fostered entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, design orientation, and enterprise creation among students, aspiring entrepreneurs, and local communities, while promoting self-employment, start-up culture, and the translation of academic knowledge into sustainable socio-economic impact. Through these efforts, she has strengthened linkages between academia, industry, and grassroots entrepreneurial development.
