The Indian Space Research Organization of the Department of Space, Government of India, Bengaluru, (referred to hereinafter as ISRO), an organization of National honour and prestige headquartered at Antariksh Bhavan, Bangalore pioneering in Science and Technology related to space and allied areas of technology,

Indian Institute of Information Technolog (IIIT), Allahabad, (referred to hereinafter as IIIT-Allahabad), and Institute of National Importanace as decided by the act of parliament is an academic research institute pioneering in the discipline of Information Technology computing and allied areas of Science and Technology, having recognized the importance of joint working in implementing a continuing education programme through learning while working mode, has agreed to enter into this MoU.
