Prof. Vijaishri Tewari is a Professor in the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad (IIIT-A) with more than 20 years of experience in the field of management education.

She has been a faculty member at DoMS, IIIT-Allahabad since 2004, joining as part of the department's pioneering faculty group. She teaches courses in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour and Design, International HRM (IHRM), Strategic HRM, Employee Brand Building, and Emotional Intelligence.

Over the course of her academic career, she has guided several PhD scholars, with research spanning Emotional Intelligence, Employer Branding, Organizational Citizenship, Green and Sustainable HRM, Strategic HR, Talent Analytics, Competency Mapping, Retention and Turnover, and Contemporary Career Approaches.
